We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Used or damaged items not caused by us

If approved:

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us first. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
